4. Credits and Payments
Our services are billed using a credit-based system. One credit costs EUR 0.10. Payments are processed according to the method selected at checkout. All fees are non-refundable except as outlined in our Refund Policy.

6. Intellectual Property
Digital Garage retains all rights to its platform, code, and branding. Content generated through our platform is owned by you, subject to our license to use it for service improvement and quality assurance.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the services ceases immediately.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Digital Garage shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the European Union, without regard to conflict of law principles.
