1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all credit purchases. If you are not satisfied with our platform for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, you must submit a request within 14 days of purchase and must not have consumed more than 10% of the purchased credits. Refunds are processed to the original payment method.

3. Non-Refundable Items

Credits that have been consumed or expired (where applicable) are non-refundable. Custom enterprise contracts and professional services fees are subject to separate refund terms outlined in the signed agreement.

4. Refund Process

To request a refund, contact our support team with your order details. We aim to process all refund requests within 5-7 business days. The refund will appear in your account within 5-10 business days, depending on your payment provider.

5. Credit Expiration

Credits purchased on monthly plans expire at the end of each billing cycle. Credits purchased on annual plans do not expire for the duration of the annual term.

6. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. No prorated refunds are provided for partial months, except under the 14-day money-back guarantee.

7. Disputes and Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback. Unjustified chargebacks may result in account suspension.
